Presentation Training for Confidential Advisors

Presentation Training for Confidential Advisors

Accredited continuing education, worth 8 hours BNS

As a confidential advisor, you know how to hold space in a one-on-one conversation – but standing in front of a group is a different skill entirely. Yet it happens more and more: introducing yourself to a department, raising awareness about confidential support, or presenting the annual overview to the board. This training teaches you exactly that: how to show up in front of a group with calm, confidence and impact.

What this training brings you

We look at your strengths together and at how you want to come across. You get exercises to increase your impact and strengthen your own, authentic presence. Because as a confidential advisor, you want to show both: expertise and warmth. Together we find the right balance.

Do you have little experience with presenting? Or do you already speak regularly and wonder what an experienced presentation trainer can still teach you? Whether you prefer to avoid opportunities to speak or happily stand in front of a group – everyone can learn to present better. We go step by step.

How Eva works

The training takes place in a safe setting with a maximum of six participants. Everyone comes with their own learning goal, and no one is expected to get anything right immediately.

The day is structured at an easy pace, with a pleasant mix of short theory and plenty of practice. You receive feedback that is positive and constructive, and you decide which exercises and tips work for you. No one is required to present in front of the group.

A defining feature of Eva’s approach is learning by doing.

She works in a practical, personal and enjoyable way, and strengthens your posture, voice and presence step by step.
