Practice for a job interview with me

"How do I come across in that conversation?"

Do you have an important job interview soon? And would you like to get the most out of your words? Practice with me!

Have you prepared your answers, but do want to find out if you can communicate them smoothly in a conversation?

Would you like to briefly introduce yourself with a sparkling pitch that really suits you?

In this coaching session you will practice your interview with me through role play for a realistic duration of a typical job interview. So you are just yourself and I’ll play the part of your interviewer, asking you questions from their perspective.

After the exercise we’ll talk about how we each experienced it. You will receive positive and constructive feedback and, if you wish, also fun, practical exercises tailored to your needs.

Not much experience with job interviews yet? Or do you have some experience, but you haven't  consciously worked on how you can improve your skills?

No worries.

We’ll go step by step.

Sound challenging?

Then book a coaching session and see what it brings you!

Practice challenging conversations with me

"How do I share what I have to say in a challenging conversation?"

Do you want to start a difficult  conversation with someone?

Do you find this a challenge? And are you a little worried about whether you can stay true to yourself and clearly communicate what you want to say? Practice with me!

Do you know roughly what you want to say? Do you want to practice how to put it into words? How will you handle it if someone reacts in a different way than you expected?

In this coaching session you will practice your conversation with me through a simulated situation. So you are and remain yourself and I’ll play the role of your conversation partner, and will respond from their perspective.

If desired, I can also give you a variety of reactions, so that you can safely practice how you can respond.

After the simulation we talk about how we each experienced it. You will receive positive and constructive feedback and, if you wish, also fun, practical exercises tailored to your needs.

We’ll go step by step. This way you get more tools and confidence in a safe setting to express yourself in a conversation.

Sound exciting?

Then book a coaching session and experience what practice can do for you!

Practice a networking conversation with me

"I want to leave a sparkling and professional impression"

Do you have an (online) network meeting soon? And would you like to talk to people in a relaxed way? Practice with me!

Would you like to create more meaningful connections between you and new colleagues and customers?

Do you want to start a sparkling conversation about who you are, what fascinates you and what you can offer, without appearing too commercial?

In this coaching session you will gain more insight into how you make professional contact.

We do this by, for example, simulating a network conversation for a realistic duration. So you just be yourself and I’ll play the part of your networking target, and will ask you questions from that role.

After the simulation we talk about how we each experienced it. You will receive positive and constructive feedback and, if you wish, also fun, practical exercises tailored to your needs.

Not much experience with conducting network conversations yet? Or do you have experience, but have you not yet consciously worked on how you can strengthen this skill?

When I use a training actor, I have high expectations. Eva is one of those people who knows how to exceed these expectations! For me as a client she is a source of inspiration.

As a client I find her versatile in her acting, and reliable to work with. She also gives excellent feedback in and out of her role. I know I can  bet on her to play out somewhat distinctive more complex roles.

About Eva

I used to be very shy and never felt comfortable in groups. Nevertheless, I have been a presentation trainer, coach, moderator, team builder, singer and (training) actress for 11 years.

That did not just happen on its own. On the contrary. Fortunately, my desire to sparkle eventually outweighed my fear of groups. Now I also want to help others shine when they need to present in public. What a wonderful adventure it is to help myself and others develop!

I like to feel like I can really contribute and that works best when there is a mutual click. I work with anyone who is open to it. This means that I work with people of all ages, organizations, professions and educational levels.

Ultimately, we’re all human after all.
